It’s easy to get stuck in a rut. We all have days when we feel like we’re just not getting anywhere. But sometimes, it’s not that you’re not doing enough, or that you don’t know where to start. It’s that you need to change your perspective on things—and YOURSELF.

I have had the pleasure to be invited over on Adjusting to 6 Figures Podcast with Jeremy Rettig, and talk about how you can be more adaptive and responsive when faced with difficult situations—including the pain of failure—and how those responses can help you build resilience that will carry over into other areas of your life. In this episode we also discuss how it’s important to understand why we make certain decisions or take certain actions so that we can make better ones going forward.
