Worried? Let’s talk.

Emotional intelligence has become a major topic in the self-help community. Many famous personalities, self-help gurus and scientists have stated that EQ is more important than IQ and having decent emotional intelligence will make you happier, healthier and wealthier. And perhaps it’s true. It is common sense that our emotions have an impact on our daily lives. If we are lucky enough to be raised emotionally intelligent, we are less likely to experience higher levels of stress, anxiety and disappointment in our lives. I had the honor to be featured as a guest speaker on Joe Busuttil’s Secret Men Business TV, where we discussed more about Emotional Intelligence, Trauma and Grief, and The State of the World’s Emotional iQ.
