Daniel Tolson is The Voice Whisperer™, an Australian leadership consultant who helps leaders become better than yesterday.
For more than 20 years, Daniel has guided leaders through the moments that define their careers—difficult decisions, organisational change, leadership growth and building teams that no longer depend on them. His work combines leadership development, behavioural science and proprietary voice analysis to uncover the hidden patterns that influence communication, decision-making, emotional intelligence, delegation and performance.
Daniel believes that your voice doesn’t lie. The voice reveals what the body conceals, exposing the stress, habits and emotional patterns that words often hide. By making the invisible visible, Daniel helps leaders make a change for the better and become the very best versions of themselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Before entering business, Daniel served as a senior flight steward with Emirates Airline, helping lead teams within one of the world’s largest cabin crew organisations of more than 17,500 crew representing 136 nationalities. He was also selected for the airline’s Critical Incident Stress Management team, supporting crew members through high-pressure and traumatic events where calm leadership and clear decision-making were essential.
Since then, Daniel has personally guided more than 25,000 leaders through coaching, keynote presentations, leadership programs and workshops. His team has analysed more than 30,000 voices using his proprietary Voice Whisperer™ technology and delivered more than 1.4 million personalised wellbeing sessions through its neuroaccoustic technology.
Daniel’s clients include business owners, real estate principals, healthcare professionals, construction and logistic companies, manufacturers, educators and executive leadership teams across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Known for his practical approach, Daniel doesn’t simply teach leadership theory. 1995 A Defining Setback
Not every setback is visible. After his Debutante Ball, Daniel Tolson became seriously ill, spending months bedridden and eventually leaving high school. What looked like the end of one journey became the beginning of another.
